Utilities and registrations
We help register electricity and water for your property and arrange other required service registrations.
Property care
When you are away, we coordinate property care and maintenance. Renovation and improvement work is arranged with local professionals.
Furnishing and interiors
We help organise interior design and furnishing through our supplier network. The work and costs are agreed with you.
Rental plans
We discuss how you would like to rent out the property and how this fits with your own use.
Residence and citizenship
We assist with residence permit applications and explain the citizenship route through property. We coordinate a check of the applicable requirements for your application.
Transport and personal requests
We arrange transfers, local transport and on-site assistance during your stay in Turkey. We can also discuss individual requests that fall outside the standard services.

Questions after the purchase
What should be arranged before my first stay?
The order depends on the condition of the property and your arrival date. Utilities, essential furnishing and any work needed before use come first. We coordinate the agreed tasks with the relevant suppliers so the preparation follows a clear sequence.
Do I need the same arrangements if I use the property only occasionally?
The arrangements follow how you use the property. An occasional stay may call for preparation before arrival and property care during your absence, while rental use involves a different set of tasks. We agree the services and timing around your plans.
Does buying a property guarantee a residence permit or citizenship?
