How the Video Viewing Works
1. We start with a property you have in mind or discuss what you would like to find.
2. We agree a time and a video platform such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Zoom.
3. You can join from your phone, tablet or computer.
4. We show you the property live and answer your questions as we go.
If you decide to buy remotely
Your plans and the property options
We relate the property information and live viewing to your plans for investment, holidays or a permanent home before discussing the purchase terms.
Negotiate and document
We negotiate the purchase terms on your behalf and coordinate the sales contract. Preparation and signing arrangements must follow the legal requirements for your transaction.
Payment and transfer of ownership
Payment follows the agreed contractual and legal arrangements. Title deed transfer is completed in person or through an appropriately authorised representative.

It helps you understand how the rooms connect, the outlook and the property’s immediate surroundings. You can ask us to return to a particular area or show a detail more closely. Questions about documents, legal status and any work needed are considered separately as part of the purchase review.
