Purchase by Power of Attorney
If you select a property while visiting Turkey and need to return home before the transfer is complete, you can arrange a power of attorney with a Turkish notary before you leave. Our lawyer coordinates the required authorisation with you. The authorised representative can then complete the covered formalities while ALV Homes coordinates the ownership transfer, registrations and other agreed arrangements, keeping you informed.
You can also arrange a power of attorney from abroad. We coordinate the wording, certification and any translation needed for its use in Turkey.

Property Management and After Sales Service
We arrange regular property checks and coordinate maintenance and renovation work. We also organise utility setup and bill management, insurance and tax matters, rental preparation and management, and representation at owners' meetings.

Everyday Arrangements and Personal Assistance
We arrange airport transfers, car rental, furnishing and interior setup, cleaning and preparation of the property. We also help with medical appointments, translations, everyday arrangements and local contacts.

Can I ask for help with a property I already own?
Yes. You can contact us about a property you already own as well as a planned purchase. We discuss the property, the arrangements you need and the services involved, then agree the scope with you.
Can a power of attorney issued abroad be used for my purchase?
It needs to cover the required steps and meet the formal requirements for use in the country of purchase. We coordinate the wording and formalities with the legal professionals, taking account of the country where the document is issued.
Are all services included in one fee?
