1. Purchase Real Estate Worth $400,000

3. Government Bonds
✔ Invest $500,000 in government bonds with a 3 year holding period
4. Fixed Asset Investment
✔ Establish a business or invest in fixed assets worth $500,000
5. Job Creation
✔ Employ at least 50 Turkish citizens
6. Insurance and Pension Deposit
✔ Deposit $500,000 with a minimum term of 3 years
Application Process
1. Tax Number
✔ Obtain a Turkish tax number from the local tax office
2. Bank Account
✔ Open a Turkish bank account with passport, tax number and proof of residency
3. Investment
✔ Process the investment via bank transfer
✔ Receipts are required
✔ For real estate: The title deed will include a no sale restriction for 3 years
4. Residence Permit
✔ Apply for a residence permit which is required for the citizenship application
5. Citizenship Application
✔ Submit the required documents to the designated government office
